Welcome to “Dumbbell Sicko”. As the title says, this advanced program is for all you workout sicko’s out there looking to test themselves. Our entire team of trainers joined together to create this 9 week program building it with a series of AMRAPS, EMOMS, and HIIT workouts that requires 5 days a week of training. Don’t worry though , they did grant you mercy with two rest days sprinkled throughout each week. Think you got what it takes to be a real workout sicko? Let’s see it  

    • Program Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app!  Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser! 
    • Equipment Needed: 
    • 1 Pair of You Can Press Overhead
    • Optimal - An entire of set of dumbbells from 5 pounds to 100 pounds, in increments of 5 pounds or 10 pounds
    • Duration: 60 Days, 40-60 Minutes Per Day, 5 Days a Week (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
      • To maximize results, we recommend that you repeat this program once after completion!
    • User Level: Intermediate to Advanced
