Featuring an improved design that was created to withstand the high impact which occurs during repetitive wall or target hits during your workout.
Used for conditioning training, these weighted balls can be used for squat vertical throws, side throws, passing training, repetitive throwing to a target and core training. Due to its larger diameter than a medicine ball or slam ball, the wall ball provides a unique throwing and catching challenge.
Wall balls should not be used for slamming workouts - we recommend the for high impact workouts.
Available in 4 weights from 8lb, 10lb, 14lb, 20lb, or a of 4 including 1 wall ball of each weight. All the balls are 14" in diameter (all sizes).
