OK - There is a lot to take in here, so lets break it down.
At its core, the rack is a weightlifting half power rack. A super stable footprint 14 gauge 2x2 inch steel tube with tough black powder coating and precision laser cut accessory holes. Ready to support your weightlifting workouts straight out of the box.
The cable system is plate loaded, with support for any Olympic spec weight plates - we recommend using Bumper plates like The cable system uses an intelligent cable routing design to provide a plate loaded for both the lateral pull-down bar and the seated rower. This means you can load once, and swap between the pull-down bar and row bar without lifting a finger.
Let's review the accessories
The cross beam features an integrated multi-grip chip up bar, with 5 unique grip options to challenge your pull-ups and chin-ups in different ways. We have a wide, angled grip, large cannon ball grip, straight grip, small cannon ball grip, and finally an inward-facing reverse chin up grip.
A pair of monolift arms are included - perfect for powerlifters and heavy loads, the Monolift lets you setup and prepare your lift safely, and is ready to rack your bar again as soon as you push off by swinging out to meet you at your lifting position.
Height is adjustable via a quick-release system, so you can lower for bench press or raise back up for squats and lifts.
A pair of J-Hooks are supplied, to safely rack your loaded bar between lifts and sessions. Featuring a nylon bumper with protects your bar from scratches. Again, a quick release system allows you to remove or adjust the height in seconds.
A pair of dipping arms attach to each upright, each arm featuring two handles allowing for a range of grips while performing dips. Height adjustable to suit all heights and workouts.
A pair of safety spotter arms rounds out the weightlifting accessories. These are invaluable in situations when you are solo training and want to push your limits whilst maintaining safety, the spotter arms can be adjusted to height to catch your bar in case you get into trouble. Top surface is lined in nylon to ensure your barbells are protected.
The landmine trainer or barbell sleeve is a simple attachment that makes your barbell multi-use - simply slip a barbell into the sleeve and you can perform core workouts which you can progressively load with additional bumper plates on the barbell.
Adjustable height knee pad/leg stabilizer - useful for when performing seated lateral pull-downs to lock your legs into position.
A pair of Storage Horns for bumper plates are fixed to the lower rear of the rack, within easy reach of the cable loading horns, while each upright features a barbell hanger to store 2 x barbells.
