When I plugged it in, I could see the battery symbol on the screen showing that it was charging but when trying to turn it on after charge the screen wouldn't work. Returned the item.UPDATE: Opove messaged me and helped address the issue of the item I received that was dead on arrival. They gave me the option of either a new Decent Massage gun or to get the new Apex model at a discounted price. I ended up going with the Apex model because it was newer. Overall, I would work with Opove again as the new Apex model works great and the were fast to respond about the issues I had with the Decent model.I purchased this massage gun less than two years ago, it gets occasional use and I'm disappointed to say that it already won't keep a charge. When it worked, it was great.My other complaint is that the display lights are blindingly bright. I even added a lite dim (shade sticker) over a portion and still find it blinding.The Opove Massage Gun is sufficient for my pain and as a massager! I use it after workouts for the massaging effect and around my hip for pain. It has a good battery that it doesn't need charging after each use. Highly recommend!This therapy gun is quit heavy and awkward to use. A more textured handle would help with slippageUpdate: I have to say that I’m very impressed with the customer service at Opove. They reached out to me to figure out what could be the issue with the massage gun and when they determined there was an internal issue that couldn’t be quickly resolved they sent me a new massage gun. It’s a good product with some issues but I believe it’s something they’re working on and will take ownership of. That’s huge in my books. Thank you Opove.The quality of the product seemed really nice at first. It’s got a nice carrying case and the gun itself worked pretty well especially for the price. However, the battery didn’t even make it a year. If I try and charge it’ll act like it’s charging and then when I go to use it it’ll just cut off. A new battery could fix the issue but definitely disappointed.Recently acquired this to help with relieving muscle tension and aid recovery from both lifting and cycling. As I'm now in my early 40's a little assistance with recovery goes a long way to reduce recovery time and help with improving performance.I'm really pleased with this purchase, the extra money shows it is a high quality device and it is really worth the money, it is durable and very powerful and the battery lasts a long time with a clear indicator for how long it has left before needing to be charged. It has a nice weight to it which helps with massaging difficult to reach areas although having an assistant is necessary for doing back and shoulders. All the included accessories are of high quality, including the charger and the carry case. I've been using it for about a month now and it is really helping with soreness and stiff areas after heavy gym sessions.I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about this device, the only suggestion I could make would be to perhaps include some other massage tools.I bought this when I saw how many thousands of positive reviews that it has. The price is steep but so far I haven't been disappointed at all. I have been suffering from lower back pain right in the center and at the bottom of my back for the past few weeks. The pain has been agonizing at times so I wanted a product to save me from more expensive trips across the city to see the chiropractor. Those sessions are helping but they're expensive. This product has been a lifesaver.It has really helped loosen up and massage deep into the problem area. I use the ball head and the head that looks like prongs mainly. It really works on relieving the pain. I am only using for around 10 minutes per night and I notice that the pain mellows out. I have even noticed as a result of this that it is improving my posture.It is going to be a long road to recovery but I think with continuous use of this when I start to feel the pain that I can resolve the issue in the longer term. I highly recommend this for anybody with pain in their muscles or joints.I have owned this for a year now and only used around once or twice a month - the battery has stopped working properly, it is fully charged but will not power on 9 times out of 10 tries - unsure why this is happening but the battery was making a weird sound inside and I don’t think it is safe to use now :(The kit worked for about one week after which the charging cable stopped working (I changed the fuse in the plug too). I reached out to Opove customer service through both Amazon and Instagram to get a replacement cable. This was over a month ago and I have received nothing other than a constant stream of emails first requesting my name and address, then phone number, then email address so they can make sure I get the delivery which has never been made. Rubbish customer service, rubbish charging cable. Finally returning and paying more to get a decent one.The M3 Pro is a great quality device for the price and feels like it is built to last. Upon taking it out of the box it feels well-made and the camouflage shell looks great.It comes with a solid list of features, notably, three speed settings, 3-hours of battery life, lightweight design, silent motor and four interchangeable heads.Does it work? Yes, it does!! As a regular gym goer, I've had my fair share of muscle stiffness, aches and pains, and always looking for means of improving recovery. It’s an excellent handheld massager, gets deep into the muscle to reduce pain and soreness after workouts. I use it almost every day and I can tell the difference with my neck and shoulder problems. Highly recommend!
