• 4mm Cord: This thinner, lighter cord is great for freestyle movements and double unders. If you are a beginner we recommend starting with the 5mm cord and working up to the 4mm when you have your timing down.
• 5mm Cord: This is the standard recommended thickness for starting your training. Great for developing a rhythm. Best for cardio and fitness workouts.
• 6mm Cord: This thicker, heavier cord creates more resistance for a more robust workout.

Durable: Unbreakable plastic handles and a durable cord with an inner string core that prevents stretching and breaking, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (even outdoors in the cold winter months).

Sizing: Easily adjust the length of this segmented jump rope. The 10' length will fit jumpers up to 6'4" tall. Shorten/resize the jump rope as needed by loosening the washer/tie on one end the handle, removing beads and cutting the excess cord.
