Our range of D-Handle Bars were designed because the generic bars in the gym are not always perfect for every user. For example, a 6 foot 2 male has different mechanics to the 5 foot 4 female. In addition to this, joints, such as your wrists, are not meant to move in a fixed plane, it is much more comfortable to move freely, allowing some rotation at the joint. Our bars are designed to be adjusted to perfectly fit YOUR mechanics. Simply by adding any cable attachment to the bar, you can allow a much more natural movement in your wrists, elbows, shoulders etc.
